The buyer walks away because of the issues on the inspection report. Have you considered all the homes that came off the market or expired listings? All these homes in almost any condition qualify for our purchase and renovation program. You can contact all the sellers with expired listings or homes that came off the market because they needed work.  \nDon’t have your customers walk away from these homes just because they need repairs. We can loan them the money to buy the home and renovate it. All the repairs begin after we close on the home loan and not before. A seller will never have to do any repairs or upgrades from simple cosmetic repairs to more extensive ones such as foundation\, structural\, septic\, wells\, and so on.
