Wendi Milinkov is privileged to have worked in the title business for many years. She has built her expertise in all three areas of the industry to include title, escrow and sales over the past 30 years. Wendi truly loves title and enjoys a challenge. She is known in the industry for getting tough transactions to successfully close. Wendi is a member of SMDRA, the Land Title Association of Colorado, Alta and VAREP. Clients give her energy and enthusiasm, and she fosters a great culture with her team and clients.

Lynnda has been in the real estate industry since 1975. After spending 13 years on the mortgage side, she began her career in Title in 1988. Lynnda’s territory has been mostly in Jefferson County. Some of her agents have been long time clients for over 35 years and they are still working together. Lynnda was on the DMAR Board of Directors, as well as named Affiliate of the Year, after writing newspaper articles for DMAR.

In addition to her teenage sons, Lisa’s passion is fostering puppies while helping find their forever homes.

Scott spent the last 15 years in the financial industry and worked through several different facets of the industry from Auto, Home Equity, and Commercial Services. After nine years, Scott began his career as a Commercial Loan Officer. He continues to push himself in new directions to challenge himself professionally and personally. Scott is excited to expand our Commercial Title presence in Colorado.
