Every year the Division of Real Estate releases the required Annual Commission Update (ACU) course with topics they believe are important for agents to be aware of and every broker must take this class annually to maintain their license.

In addition, attendees will learn about protecting our clients and the public, avoiding transactional risks and enhancing their general real estate knowledge.
