Join us for this Colorado Real Estate Commission approved review of the 2020 Contracts and preview 2021 contracts. This four-hour class will provide participants with an in-depth look at the Listing Agreements and current modifications to the Closing Instructions and the TD1000. We will review the Personal Property Agreement; introduce the new Agreement to Revive and Bills of Sale. We will preview the New Contracts for 2021 having to do with Manufactured Homes, and review the changes to the Post Closing Occupancy Agreement, Broker Duties Disclosure to Seller, and cover other issues that merit our attention.
