The Rehab Loans for Realtors class will cover FHA’s 203k Loan pro-gram as well as Fannie Mae’s Home Style renovation mortgage. The class will cover in detail what the programs are, how they are used, why they exist, allowable and non-allowable improvements, eligible properties, eligible borrowers, Loan terms, Loan limits and several other features of the program.
