SERVING THE NEEDS OF CONDO BUYERS & SELLERS IN A COMPETITIVE REAL ESTATE MARKET: This two-hour workshop will seek to educate real estate professionals on properly financing and listing residential condos & townhome units. Topics will include lending guidelines, program options, features that affect condo warrant-ability, and strategies to increase your business through this knowledge. This class will equip real estate professionals to be able to better educate and serve the needs of their condo buyers and sellers.

This workshop is FREE to attend, however if you wish to receive the two-hour Continuing Education certificate, a fee of $10 will be charged and can be paid in class (CASH or CHECK). All proceeds will be donated to the Denver Boys & Girls Club.
