This course will assist Brokers in understanding the foreclosure process. A Broker needs the knowledge and competency to assist the public (seller) in working through their financial hardship and have the best outcome possible. This course will give the Broker the details and timelines of the foreclosure process. With this knowledge the Broker will be able to assist the seller at any stage of foreclosure.
