Mandatory Commission Update Class – 4CE

2025 Annual Commission Update (4CEs; $40 per person; 4 hours)

Each year the Colorado Division of Real Estate releases its Annual Commission Update (ACU) course with topics brokers need to know. The 4-hour course is required for all real estate agents in order to maintain an active license, and is only offered in the calendar year of the applicable update. Topics covered include compliance, general practice issues, legislative changes, contract / form updates and more. 

Class cost: $40 – Cash, check, or Venmo accepted at the class
