In this 2 hour course, Paul Luchau educates real estate agents on how powerful an investment in real estate truly is and how real estate outperforms many other traditional investment vehicles. Specifically, he educates real estate agents so they can help their clients use funds from other investment vehicles or even within investment vehicles such as self-directed IRA’s to invest in real estate to gain greater returns.

»  This course is intended for real estate agents and brokers and is designed to equip them with the tools necessary to be more productive helping clients and prospects purchase real estate.

»  How to prepare a prospect/client for the purchase of a new or secondary piece of real estate.

An outcome of this course will be an agent having the resources and confidence to call their entire database to discover if those people have interest in real estate investing, but just don’t know how.
